About the Author:
Dr. Condict Moore is a 1938 graduate of Princeton University and received his M.D. in 1942 from Columbia University. He was a fellow in cancer surgery at Memorial Sloane-Kettering from 1949 to 1952, followed by professorships in surgery and cancer at the University of Louisville. He has been an Emeritus Professor of Surgery at UofL from 1985 to the present, and was a founder of the Brown Cancer Center in 1975. He is the author of over 60 research publications on surgery, cancer, smoking and exercise.
